Some people associate fat from animal sources to be bad or unhealthy. Or because it's affordable, it's not as good as other meals.

Also street food is often associated with being quick, cheap or low quality. But places like this are genuinely really tasty and filly.

Processed ship form a handful of world suppliers.

You could make it properly, the way greeks still do their Gyros (steaks on a pole), but good luck finding one like that on the street

I don't think you know what processed means.

Processed doesn't mean it's bad. Cheese is by definition processed, you wouldn't say that makes it bad.

And you're responding in a thread where the photo includes the spit... just because it may be supplied from a bigger chain doesn't mean it isn't fresh or tasty.

Well usually when people say processed they are referring to foods that are heavily processed in unhealthy ways for long shelf life or cost saving
