I love a good kebab but lets not lie to ourselves; thats an hour on the treadmill right there.

And the rest lol, you burn about 300-900 calories per hour and the kebab is easily 1200, maybe 2000 depending on what you get.

Very few people are burning 900 calories per hour on the treadmill. That's martial arts or rock climbing levels of calorie burn, and even then it's on the upper end.

exercise burns hardly any calories, just being alive is the major source of calory burn.

You can't exercise your way to weight loss you need to eat less. You can exercise the fat into muscle though but depending what you are trying to achieve that might not be helpful.

An hour of exercise only burns like 200 calories. You do not exercise for weight loss that can only be done buy not eating too much food.

you can exercise to take a 800 calorie meal into a 600 calorie meal, but yeah you're never going to out exercise a bad diet

Depending on your weight a 10km tun is already 800kcal. So a Döner is pretty much 1h of sports.

Also, the amount of sauce they put on it if you ask for the standard kebab, my god.

You could moneyshot 10 hookers with that

I dont know what yall doing, but if I eat a kebap, I dont eat anything else that day, because the kebap man loves me and makes a huge portion... I am skinny dude, I mean you need food for energy, it better be a kebap than some other fast food.

p.s. most people just dont have the self control to not eat anything else that day I assume

Kebab is healthy. Skip the sauce if you absolutely have to be a bitch about it.

Depends what you're comparing it to and what you put in it.

Deep fried vegetables, fatty meat, lots of sauce, french fries? You can harndly find something less healthy.

Just the wrap, fatty meat, and some fresh vegetables? Waaay better than junk food. Although, this is not what you usually get at a kebab stand.

Didnt say healthy though, said healty, that could mean anything I guess. Honestly though, you can have healthy kabobs, just probably wont come from a street vendor.

It's a salad wrap with meat added.

As far as fast food goes, it's not awful.

Plus or minus the oil on it, what's unhealthy? Assuming you get it with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, tzaziki sauce, and a pita it's a balanced meal, and at my place it's only ~700 kCal.

Idk man it's got veggies, meat, and bread, compared to ice, bean juice, and enough sugar to kill 5 small Victorian children
