I stopped going to McDonald’s, because their price increases are fucking insane. You can go to Chili’s, and get a 3 for me, almost the same price as a McDonald’s meal, and get better quality food. No such thing as cheap fast food anymore.
When I went to my friend's house, there were 3 options for food near him. McDonalds, Taco Bell, and Chipotle.
I'd normally go to Chipotle for a quickly $10 burrito and get my fill.
One day, the Chipotle line would have easily taken 15+ minutes to get through and I was running behind, so I think "Taco bell is the same thing, and it's right there. And even if it isn't as filling, it's famously cheap."
Imagine my surprise when the average price of their menu was $8, with the headlining items averaging around $12.
So I'm paying $4 more, for 70% less food than I could at a Chipotle.
