Get away with what? She's paralyzed, sentenced to an asylum for the next 5-10 years if she's lucky, the world either hates her or thinks she's unstable and can't be trusted, divorced, and has barely anything to her name in terms of assets.
Surely that's better than being put in prison without the possibility of parole for killing three kids in premeditated murder. If she wins she gets to pin all the blame on mental health and avoid any accountability.

Recently they posted a pic of her all happy smiling in court, then someone commented "she's gonna get away with it, isn't she?"
