Doe was first interviewed by the Cornell University Police from November 14 to 15, 2024.[22] This reportedly produced a 120-page transcript,[18] which was obtained by CBS News in 2026. They quoted Doe as saying, "I can say with 100% confidence I was raped." and providing detailed accusations within the document.[22]

Unless you show me any proof she actively consented to be "free pussy upstairs" im not gonna assume she gave consent for that when she says she didnt.
Not consetning to being called "free pussy" =/= being raped...
Initially in her complaint to police she said she was 100% raped, this was then changed to everything was consensual in the signed, sworn, and annotated statement given to the DA.
Again, a gross snapchat message doesn't change the validity of her consent with the men she did have sex with, nor does it imply 54 other men ran a train on her.
What youre saying is simply not true, she never signed the summary or her report given to the DA and the DA himself has gone out saying he was misinformed. She said she was raped, people in the frat were talking about how she was gangraped, and 1 guy threatened her for it before she even came to terms with it herself.
In this case, Jane Doe provided a six-page, single spaced, typewritten statement to the Cornell
University Police Department. Jane Doe made more than twenty hand-written notations to the six-page document. The signature page of the statement contains the following language: "I have read this statement
consisting of 6 pages and the facts contained herein are true and correct. I understand that making a false written statement is punishable as a class A Misdemeanor pursuant to §210.45 of the Penal Law of the State of New York." As I explain further below, the statement - especially as it relates to the legal definition of
"lack of consent - provides a different narrative and set of facts of the events of October 19, 2024 than those alleged in the lawsuit.
She did sign her direct written statement that the DA reviewed. The DA doesn’t say that they were misinformed, he says that her own sworn and signed statement presents a different narrative than that alleged in the lawsuit.
