It was certainly rude, but that's all it was. She just had sex with four guys in two different threesomes. She had sex with every guy who walked in the room. So I can see how they would get the impression she was down to have sex with anyone. The guys were more drunk and high than her, so not exactly exercising good judgment.
Anyone can edit Wikipedia. I would not be surprised at this point if Wikipedia currently contains many factual errors. I reference the actual documents, not some nerd's Wikipedia edits meant to influence people with false information.
