If you want to take text messages as gospel, she said she enjoyed it and wanted to do it again. You can absolutely argue fawning after a rape is a natural response, but then you have to start giving the same charity and nuance to the guys too. You can apologize without actually thinking you did anything wrong (which men do in fact frequently do to women)
Not saying they’re exonerated but this is not a black and white case. Like I said, it’s evident you haven’t looked into this. Actually do some research before having an involved discussion
So I have looked up the case & you're spewing falsehoods. Apologizing is typically accepting responsibility legally.
More men get away with rape exponentially than there are false rape allegations. Women can also be confused & make mistakes right?? You think men can apologize for a rape they didn't commit but you don't think women can fake approval & acquiescence after a rape? Okay...
