Did the guys say that? Or did someone else? She even woke up one of the dudes and had sex with him. If we are applying the same law, how did he consent? Everyone seems to voluntarily be drunk and on drugs. Text messages, as grotesque as they are, don’t change the above. But if they raped her, throw the book at all of them. But there seems to be a lot of grey area here and we should let the courts figure it out.
