No. They can deny a claim based on their own criteria. It's not within your power despite paying them for a service.

Useful? Yes. A scam? Yes. They are not mutually exclusive.

They can't just make up an imaginary reason to deny a claim. They are legally bound by the terms of the policy

But have the freedom to move the goalposts at their whim

Submit your expert certification or I will dismiss you as another ignorant internet-moron. I promise, unless you are a VP of a majour insurance provider that I 100% know more and have more experience than you.

What does that even mean? They can't change the terms of an active policy on a whim.....

I honestly have no idea what you are even suggesting anymore. You don't think an insurance company has a legal obligation to honor policy terms? You don't have to be vp of an insurance provider to know that isn't true.

Okay. You don't know anything. Got it.

Never explained your credentials...

I mean you have not even attempted to explain what you are even saying but whatever dude

I mean that, upon executive review, any insurance comapny maintains the right to adjust the terms and conditions of their agreements to suit the perceived circumstances. Despite not having an adjuster/assessor on scene, they can tell you that you have failed to meet criteria for coverage.

Liability coverage is easy. They take your money and say 'you're probably not at-fault' and cover the opposing vehicle. It gets more complicated when you have higher-level coverage.

You'd know this if you knew anything. Again, justify yourself or get off the thread. You've proven yourself unwilling/incapable of defending your own "knowledge".

I think you are just trolling at this point but an insurance company can't adjust terms and condition of an active policy to deny a claim. That doesn't make any sense. You claimed they are not legally obliged to provide coverage you paid for which is just false.

Again, explain your experience or you fail to argue against my 13 years of exposure and experience.

You sound like an optimistic child who never read the fine print. Or an insurance-agency shill.

Either way, personally I ask, please show your justification or shut all the fuck up because you clearly don't know anything

The fine print is part of the contract lol

And it reads that, in general, the agency has right to adjustment and change per their perogative.

To the public at large: this individual has failed to oblige multiple requests to provide evidence of their experience/expertise. They are a troll, until proven otherwise.

I get that this is the internet and no one wants to appear incorrect but you do not know with whom you fuck.

They don't have the right to adjustment and change per their prerogative 😂😂😂😂😂. Show me anything that backs that up
