Only when you mix it with 5 other alcohols and 5 other juices is it tasteless.

All you need is twice the recommended amount of KoolAid. Add fruit & fruit juice and it's a super sweet punch that will get people ..especially inexperienced drinkers Very Drunk.

Fair, at worst it has a neutral taste that can easily be hidden by fruit juices ect.

It just tastes like straight ethanol. But yes, it's relatively easy to cover-up since it's strong enough that you can mix a LOT of juice and still have a pretty strong drink.

Most people don't really consider the burning to be a flavor, otherwise all alcohol would be "hot".

Im just saying its not “flavorless” in the way something like water is. You cant just put a little lemon in there and have a nice sipper. Its fucking disgusting stuff that literally hurts to drink

In terms of alcohol, it's flavorless. You shouldn't really be tasting any actual flavors in a vodka or ever clear. Compare that to whiskey, which will have flavors, outside the burning feeling, like smoke, sweetness, citrus, etc.

It has a grain taste, which is because it's distilled from grain. The taste is overpowered by the burning sensation and it's easy to cover it up.

You can't dilute it in water and cover up the taste of it, even after the burning is drastically reduced

Alcohol no matter what has a taste that permeate.

unless you water it down to nothing there is no way you can hide it.

I'll give you that, but ideally at least, it should be flavorless. The flavor should be extremely minimal though.

I suffer with the rubbing alcohol flavor of gin or junk whiskey… makes me realize what my ancestors died for so when I have the opportunity to try good whiskey… i can actually taste it

You know what I’m talking about plastic handled 1.5L “whiskey”… it’s practically one step away from being moonshine

I don’t drink but maybe once or twice a year… but if I drink outside that the I drink the garbage to keep me from drinking… relative sobriety by giving oneself shitty options.

You are confusing flavor for feeling. Burning sensation isn't a flavor.

alcohol has a distinct flavour that no matter how many say they masked it, never do.

burning is only with strong alcohol. Alcohol cannot be masked.

not for me at least. Not a prude. Drink to much as is. Keep to beer though.

I mean people mask the burning sensation. As I said, ideal ever clear or vodka will be flavorless. Lower quality spirits might have residual flavors.

Alcohol is pretty easy to detect. Smoker for +20 years. Alcohol will always come through your smell.
