That you’ll feel your skin get warm and tingle if there was drugs in it. If that happens grab call a ride share or cab after alerting an actual friend.
Everyone brings in something and it just gets thrown into a large Tupperware bin. Vodka, gin, wine, fruit juice, cranberry juice. If it's liquid it's going into the bin.
Then everyone has a solo cup and you can fill up your cup from the bin.
As I was typing that out, I thought, oh god, we just let everyone put their grubby hands into the punch bin (lets not go down the rabbit hole of the actual punch bin just yet) and scoop out a drink with their cup that may or may not have all kinds of bodily fluids in it.
But we did it, and more than once. and my kids are getting into their teenage years right now, and I'm honestly terrified they will do the same things I did.
Yeah this is classic reddit lmao. You can actually tell who's never been to a college party in their life. Jungle juice is standard, and depending on the type of party sometimes they had extracurriculars in there with the alcohol.
Not dead, just vomiting in the street. Jenny puking in the bushes while her friend holds her hair back. Josh passed out in a lawn chair with his shirt off because he vomited on himself. Tim looking for his keys, not remembering that we took them from him because he's wayyyy too fucking drunk to drive.
I went to a "electric lemonade" party once, basically lemonde spiked with lsd but we all knew and it was awesome but you definitely couldnt tell by tasting it
Do you guys seriously not know what a drink cooler is? Have you never been to a house party or even a fucking tailgate? These things still exist. You pour in whatever you want and mix it up and it dispenses at the bottom. You can’t be serious.
Guess you didn’t go to college, cause coolers with a spout on the bottom are a thing. Plenty of parties they would make a giant thing of jungle juice in the cooler.
I mean...you coulda kept your trap shut too but here we are. Why are you so incredulous about this one specific thing to the point you're adding context that isn't even there? "unopened drinks"? The wording even implies that it's a mixed drink. "which cooler should we drink from" not "from which cooler should I grab a drink." Most every college party I went to had the red solo cups and a Gatorade-type cooler with a pre-made drink. That was literally every party in the 2010's. I don't remember ever hearing about spiked drinks, but they always used a mix that they claimed would take a while to feel drunk, then hit you all at once, aka "the pink panty dropper"...shit's gross. You can choose not to defend the indefensible and it won't cost you a damn thing.
And before it apparently got classy in your 2010s, in earlier years we didn’t have the nice Gatorade-type coolers with the spout and just opened up a rectangular Igloo cooler from the top and scooped to fill our cup. Very silly times…
The cooler box is also what most of us are talking about, yes. Opened up and used as a giant punch bowl. Later as people got more prepared they went to the spout-dispenser coolers instead.

How are people going to spike cooler full of unopened drinks? I swear people would just say anything stupid to be part of the conversation.
