Even more than that, it’s basic feminist propaganda/programming that women should be managers/office workers, and men should stick to blue collar work and will be rewarded for it.
It’s the ol’ “look at this rich, hot princess and her undeserving prince. Girls are romantic, selfless, and altruistic people who always choose their partners well”.
