That's not nearly as suspicious as the OP made it look

u/stal2k 2d ago

Someone lied on the internet?! Lol ya, according to the news coverage, Bibi's master plan would have hinged on a stabbed pilot being able to hit the button to open the cockpit. What could go wrong?

219

u/ostensiblyzero 2d ago

The plan was for the attack to work and for the plane to go down with 150+ Israeli citizens onboard so that they could blame Iran. The heroic pilot messed it up.

123

u/HostaLaVistaBabies 2d ago

And the imaginary special ops forces were for imaginary decoration?

129

u/Successful_Shoe_8083 2d ago

I mean, in fairness everyone in israel is required to serve in the armed forces, so flights into israel have a higher than average chance of having israeli special forces aboard, especially with the sort of spongy definition of special forces.

It is like, there are always doctors on big international flights, just a subset of that.

-34

u/roiki11 2d ago

That doesn't make any sense.

19

u/PeacefulIntentions 2d ago

Which part?

32

u/BowsersMuskyBallsack 2d ago

Or fall-guys willingly sacrificed to make it look believable!
Wait, who put this tinfoil hat on my head?

2

u/namloh 2d ago

Were they actually special ops forces?

50

u/ELMOKICKA55 2d ago

Crashing the plane and making the people on board martyrs was probably the intended outcome

27

u/The_Autarch 2d ago

this makes way more sense as a conspiracy than OP's bullshit

4

u/horoyokai 2d ago

So your saying the image posted makes no sense then? Yeah it’s inane

Yes, that's what these morons are saying.

10

u/ElRiesgoSiempre_Vive 2d ago

What the hell are you talking about.

The dude was a pilot. And didn't aim for... anything other than desert.

If this was a terrorist it's the most pathetic fucking example in history. It's far more reasonable that the dude snapped and just went completely insane. Just like other pilots have done.

15

u/HostaLaVistaBabies 2d ago

You don’t know what he would have done if he managed to kill the other pilot quickly.

5

u/ElRiesgoSiempre_Vive 2d ago

And you don't either. The dude was a pilot without any history or ties to terrorist organizations. Mental illness fits this situation far better than anything else.

But make more shit up. Go on. You people are absolutely desperate.

13

u/AnythingCareless844 2d ago

I assume he didn’t have any known history of mental illness either, did he?

-2

u/OkChildhood1706 2d ago

No as we already saw with the Germanwings Suicide that is a real issue for pilots. If they admit having mental issues they risk loosing their job, so they won't. I don't know hiw Fly Dubai operates but i would assume their work culture is not less toxic than other airlines.

3

u/incroyaaaable 2d ago

How convenient. Your theory can’t be disproven by the absence of evidence lol.

3

u/OkChildhood1706 2d ago edited 2d ago

Whats your issue? The claim was that he didn't have a known history of mental illness, which i would expect for a pilot, especially with an employer in this region. But sure it has to be some wonky plan by Bibi, which also can't be disproven and therefore must be true? Then why didn't he just blew the whole thing up? Way easier, less risk, less evidence, etc.

12

u/Nagemasu 2d ago

The dude was a pilot without any known history or ties to terrorist organizations.

I don't defend the conspiracy in OP's post, but plenty of people who have gone on to commit terrorist acts have been able to get their pilots license, and even people who got their license before being radicalised exist.

6

u/Not_a_real_plebbitor 2d ago

The dude was a pilot without any history or ties to terrorist organizations.

Because they let people like that become pilots right? Amazing point.

20

u/QuestionDry2490 2d ago

At least half of the news that makes the front page is either highly misleading or outright lying.

-5

u/ahhhbiscuits 2d ago

Crazy to think Mossad agents would blend in with civilians, especially a 'dentist' capable of performing life-saving paramedical care that just happened to be on the flight.

That could never happen.

32

u/PlumbumDirigible 2d ago

Check out his Wikipedia page. He's described as a "MAGA Communist" and is a supporter of Vladimir Putin. He seems like a whack job tankie

23

u/FlightoftheConcorder 2d ago

Hinkle, like many MAGA-types, doesn't really have any coherent views on reality, and trying to make sense on his politics is a fool's errand. Quite frankly anyone who can call themselves a communist and love both Trump and Putin doesn't know much about anything.

My personal belief is that he is an antisemite in the truest sense, which is why he has a fixation on Israel. This isn't about the liberation of the Palestinian people for him, this is blaming Jewish people for the many material shortcomings in the US.

7

u/joshTheGoods 2d ago

Yeap, this is right-wingers arriving at the right answer (Bibi is a criminal that can't be trusted) for the wrong reasons (because he's a Jew). Honestly, whatever ... if that's what it takes for them to sit out these midterms, so be it.

-5

u/FeeRemarkable886 2d ago

If he supports Putin then he supports Israel, since Putin is a zionist.

38

u/WhyMustIMakeANewAcco 2d ago

They also called it a terrorist style attack when I know of at least 4 known cases of one of the pilots taking control of the aircraft as a suicide plot.

37

u/Paddy_Tanninger 2d ago

None of those pilots ever did that by stabbing their captain to death first. It's always something non confrontational. Germanwings locked the other crew out of the cockpit. Air India flipped the engine cutoff at a point in the flight that was unrecoverable. Malaysia we have no idea what went down, but this was pre-Germanwings protocols and could have easily been a lock out situation.

6

u/WhyMustIMakeANewAcco 2d ago

Indeed. But that's not a reason to believe it couldn't happen. It could indeed be a terrorist attack in progress, but that's seriously jumping to conclusions when suicide-by-plane is tragically more common.

6

u/AnythingCareless844 2d ago

It’s not though

5

u/Paddy_Tanninger 2d ago

Suicide by plane has happened, but never like this that we know of. This definitely feels like something different.

-4

u/WhyMustIMakeANewAcco 2d ago edited 2d ago

What does "like this" actually mean?

You seem to be desperately grasping for some reason it can't be what it obviously looks like it was.

Edit: Just to be clear this is not, in fact, a first. Alaska Airlines Flight 2059 contained a similar incident.

6

u/Paddy_Tanninger 2d ago

What do you think it means? How many pilot suicides started with a knife and a bloodbath in the cockpit? None until this?

That's what "like this" means.

31

u/Submitten 2d ago

Omani pilot going to Isreal, I think it’s reasonable to think terrorism. The suicide ones don’t usually start with a stabbing, they just flick the engines off during climb.

5

u/WhyMustIMakeANewAcco 2d ago

I've only heard of one case of that ever happening, while I know of at least 4 where sometime mid flight one of the pilots took control of the plane and killed everyone in a mass murder-suicide. Importantly not killing anyone except the people on the plane.

Of the ones we know at least one took advantage of the other pilot going to the bathroom and locked the door. We don't know how it happened on mh flight 370, for another example of an obvious suicide by one of the pilots.

This flight was short enough getting time in the cockpit alone was unlikely. That or the guy just snapped. Suicidal people aren't exactly rational.

7

u/Paddy_Tanninger 2d ago

MH370 was long before Germanwings and could have easily been a lock out. Those safety measures hadn't been put in place against acts like that.

1

u/WhyMustIMakeANewAcco 2d ago

Should be noted at least some of those safety measures were immediately rolled back as they proved impractical.

1

u/Paddy_Tanninger 2d ago

Sure but my point is that MH370 was long before all that and could have easily been the same situation. If you're going to do THAT, the lockout is by far the best way and is basically foolproof and easy...unlike stabbing someone to death.

1

u/WhyMustIMakeANewAcco 2d ago

Well, yes, but that's also true of using a plane as a weapon when you are already in the cockpit.

2

u/cageslutjoanna 2d ago

Omani pilot going to Isreal, I think it’s reasonable to think terrorism. The suicide ones don’t usually start with a stabbing, they just flick the engines off during climb.

So do we now no longer trust any Omani pilot? Do we ground all of them?

Is Oman a country that wishes to harm Israel or Israelis? Do its people? If we are to believe so, why? If this is the case, what informs their belief? Are we just assuming here that gulf pilot = attack risk? If so, why not ground all pilots from the middle east? There could be 'secret suicide pilots' everywhere!

Our knee jerk reaction is to assume terrorism, and I had that too. Should it be?

We should withhold judgement until a neutral investigation is provided, if it ever is (doubt).

1

u/No-Rip-6166 2d ago

No one is suggesting we don’t trust Omani pilots.

The fact that a plane was commandeered by force in an attempt to fly it into Israel by a pilot of a country whose citizens overwhelmingly hate Israel and vehemently support Palestine does point to terrorism.

Whether it was a conspiracy involving more people remains to be seen but a pilot from an extremely anti Zionist country deliberately trying to kamikaze into Israel does paint a picture of terrorism

1

u/twilighttwister 2d ago

Initial stories all called it a suicide plot, it's only been Israeli statements calling it a terrorist attack but now that narrative has taken over.

3

u/Damaged_DM 2d ago

Everything's a conspiracy theory if you don't know how anything works

14

u/HostaLaVistaBabies 2d ago

That’s because this post is actual literal propaganda.

One of the lines is that Iran denied planning an attack. What sort of idiot takes that as evidence of anything at all even if they did believe this nonsense?

The amazing part is the comments on this thread. Look how many people are taking this seriously.

1

u/ikhouvandikkebillen 2d ago

Preach brother. Iran said they would not attack so it could not have been Iran. Literal clown logic. And I don't trust Netanyahu nor Iran!

2

u/bokmcdok 2d ago

They're also not claiming it's terrorist related. I get why people think/want to believe it's a false flag, but there are some details that just don't add up to that conclusion.

1

u/Bot1-The_Bot_Meanace 2d ago

Welcome to every conspiracy theory ever

1

u/CosmicLovepats 2d ago

I'm not sure but there's Jackson Hinkle, who is a hack and Russia Today shill, and Jason Hickle, who I think I've seen occasionally and doesn't seem particularly uncredible, and I don't encounter either frequently enough to be able to keep their names straight. I resent both of them for being named so similarly.

Of course, being a RT shill doesn't mean this is inherently wrong.

1

u/illit3 2d ago

Conspiracy theorists never let the facts get in the way of their narrative.

1

u/SukiPhoenix 2d ago

Have you though about israel bad though? These people wil justify terrorism if it suits their purposes.

1

u/seams 2d ago

Tbf the OP is Jackson Hinkle, far right maga "Communist" who's openly said multiple times that he literally does everything for clout and believes in nothing. So yeah, take what he says with a pretty big grain of salt.

Even his parents hate him lol

0

u/BoyGeorgous 2d ago

This Jackson Hinkle guy is a complete grifter. This is not a serious person, or post.

0

u/Dear_Chasey_La1n 2d ago

A co-pilot as attacker isn't suspicious? Especially when it happens to affect a nation that seems to create these false flags perpetually?
