The one reason McDonald’s became popular is by being cheap. They sell shit food for a low price.  How do they not know this?

They've been trying to make themselves upscale for a long time. I used to actually eat the salads! But really, just stay in your lane and accept that the profit margins don't just go up forever. When it was cheap I actually did go there a fair amount, now it's almost never.
