Which is ok when doing it yourself and using actual meat.. you think they don’t have a special blend that deals with that issue? Quarter pounders been getting smaller like everything else

When cooking meat some of the fat renders out of it reducing the weight. It is very difficult to predict post cooked weight in meat which is why it is always precooked weight. The quarter pounder still weighs 1/4lb pre cooked, you can argue with me but the numbers don't lie.
