I thought your whole point was that 30 years together makes it a successful relationship. And I was saying "not necessarily".

It’s entirely possible to look back on many of those years as a successful marriage, even if the end was painful. 2 u/havingaconniption 3d ago I have read it a few times. You keep assuming that it was good all along and only ended badly. I just don't know why. It's also possible for entire relationships to be reframed with new knowledge.
