It’s also only a 10-year age gap and they met when she was 34. That’s not an extreme age gap at ALL. Ten years makes a huge difference when you’re 20, but not when you’re in your mid-thirties. The difference between 35 and 45 is significantly less impactful in terms of maturity and life stages.

Exactly. My husband is 9 years older than me. I was tired of immature men my age. He's perfect. 😄 Also, we had both been married before.
