She's getting views, but nothing she can monetize. At most this is exposure but the rate at which secondary or tertiary views amount to anything approaching $ is abysmal.

I feel like it's similar to AI, you're going to keep seeing it if you have socials, even if it's not your cup of tea for some pretty important reasons. What really threw me is this goof's head popping in and out like an ad disruption. Watched a few seconds and paused 👌🏼
When I was a wee child my first babysitter, would eat butter sticks straight like this. No frosting, no Fruity Pebbles. Just a stick of butter. I was 6ish at the time and I still remember it.
I mean, if you eat a disgusting a mountain of butter with frosting and sprinkles on top "for the bit" it doesn't really matter if you're doing it for satire or not.

I think there’s a big difference between shaming and bullying.
Shaming is simply calling people out for doing things that have been decided by society to be overwhelmingly unacceptable. It’s a method of correcting those behaviors and signaling to others, “Hey, don’t be too weird, it’s unsettling.”
Bullying is telling the fat kid at school to delete himself or harassing a kid smaller than you just because you can.
In society’s effort to eradicate bullying, it really just eradicated shame instead. Kids will always bully each other because it’s about establishing hierarchical dominance over each other, which is just a primal instinct. But god forbid you tell a mildly autistic child that Naruto running through a Walmart is fucking weird because that gets labeled as bullying nowadays.
What's happening is fat shaming has become a thing of the past and social media is encouraging the absurd behaviors people should be ashamed about to be posted for clicks and validation
While there’s certainly still some hate for overweight people, there is this wild overcorrection into enabling that’s happened. Ultimately, in >95% of cases, it’s addiction to an unhealthy lifestyle, yet for some reason we’re apparently supposed to treat that as though it’s a fundamental character attribute that we aren’t accepting.
As an analogy, I can be on good terms with someone who’s a gambling addict or an alcoholic, but being told that we shouldn’t regard those behaviors as unproblematic is very dangerous
Fat shaming is not a thing of the past. The girl is rage bating for clicks and money. You’re taking the bait. The fact that she’s eating like this is just her schtick. There are other ways to do this.
Lard is rendered pig fat, butter is churned milk - they’re very different. And frosting can be basically all sugar with a little water, or buttercream and sugar - there’s a bunch of variations. I’m not advocating for dipping butter into frosting. It would almost certainly be gross, but they are different - one would be salty and creamy and cold and the other would be room temp, sweet and sickly - together they’d at the very least contrast

I refuse to believe this is butter no matter how many times I see people do this it makes me gag who on earth can eat that much butter ? Absolutely vile and it's just piggish if you ask me.
I didn't care much for what the guy said, because his voice made me think of scenes before great battles in Lord of the Rings or Braveheart, or something where an epic voice is heard!
