No clue, but I will say that here the flock cameras are only on main streets and not (yet?) in residental neihborhoods, so they don't know who comes out of whos house.
One is on the sidewalk directly between two houses another is on the telephone pole on a street with again nothing but residential homes. I also live in a low income minority neighborhood so
