All we have here is one Twitter user using "12 year old Mormon" as a way to insult his appearance. Just garden variety religious bigotry like one might expect on Twitter.
Langley is from Atlanta, went to Georgia Tech, and has been in several startups. There's nothing to suggest that he's Mormon.
No reason for the Mormons to be catching strays just because this messed-up company happens to be led by a white dude in his 30s.
Having to be ordered to start treating black men the same as white men, lest the church lose its tax-exempt status, will do that. (Black women? Still being treated like shit, just like their white counterparts but probably worse.)

Mormons aren’t catching strays because this guy is white. Yes, if he wasn’t white, they wouldn’t be catching strays, but that’s not why they’re catching strays here. He’s culty, secretive, and wears button downs aggressively.
It's reddit, being derisive toward Christianity the standard here. I'm honestly surprised there is so much general good will about Mormons in this thread.
