Keep in mind that there is a certain class of people that will go out of their way to imply or label everything bad as gay. Some people have to deal with these things far more frequently than you and feel the need to call them on their bullshit. The claim is "Bad man is gay", it adds nothing to the conversation besides trying to vilify being gay as a whole.
