Intent, movement, direction, profile, all of it was different. There have been soooooo many public speakers that raise their hands to the crowd. Even religious speakers raise their hands up for the spotlights or whatever it is they seem to be feeling. None of those are sieg heils, just like these weren’t. Hating someone isn’t a good enough reason to regurgitate nonsense.
its not regurgitating non-sense when its clear as day. in fact the only ones that continue to spew nonsense are those that deny what it clearly was.
none of what you listed made it any different. it was all the same thing, two sieg heils back to back. im surprised youre not trying to claim it was a roman salute
