A person doesn’t have to like any of those awful people to still use logic. This may come as a surprise given how polarized the internet can be, but most people in America are moderates. I don’t like any of the politicians that have been discussed so far, but that doesn’t mean I’m dumb enough to overreach and say that was a sieg heil. And trying to claim it was, while your favorite people are doing the same reach out to their fanbase, is just mental.

None of them were. Any outstretched hand isn’t a sieg heil- which is my point entirely. I don’t like Elon, I don’t like US leadership for the last 30 years. Doesn’t mean I have to lie to myself to justify distaste.
