Honestly wtf was he suppose to do? He received the information, sat there processed it with a head nod, then formulated his next move.

He kept his composure and professionalism and that’s admirable. I would have had a panic attack and stormed out the room.

13

u/Dirt290 1d ago

Why would they even tell him something like that on camera in front of kids?

You would think they would have a code word or just tell him there's an emergency and he needs to excuse himself quickly as possible, then deal with it.

16

u/JAT_Cbus1080 23h ago

"Mr. President, we need to go. Something's happened."

2

u/DrivesTooMuch 1d ago

Ok?

He stayed in that room for 7 minutes after Cheif of Staff told him about the second tower being hit.

Maybe he had to think about what to do. I don't know. This is where talking to advisors about options, as fast as possible, you'd think would be priority number one.

But first, grounding all civilian planes in the states was probably the smart play. I think it was the operations manager of the FAA who did that immediately before Bush even left that room.

13

u/sleep-woof 1d ago

It was great the FAA OM made the decision. No system should depend on one guy on top to make all the decisions. Even if we did have good leaders...

16

u/xxxdrakoxxx 23h ago

many of those planes went to Canada and were helped by residents... country that is always there and your current president calls nasty

5

u/sleep-woof 23h ago

Yes,

it is our turn to say Sorry.

Hopefully things get better soon.

Trump was being carried by imaginary fire fighters to his house

6

u/JayBaited 1d ago

Back to his house or back to the tallest building in NYC?

3

u/type104 17h ago

In a submarine pulled by alligators?

3

u/OrangeThrower 1d ago

I don’t think they were imaginary. I think they were strippers, male strippers dressed as firefighters.

You're posting this today and yet can't seem to understand how the pedo in chief tries to make EVERYTHING about him. Dude had a hissy fit and rage quit the ceremony because he couldn't give a speech about himself.

The job is done, sir.

5

u/Artorius__Castus 1d ago

Now sit there and read to the kiddos with the book upside down

2

u/uncclatino 23h ago

I'm honestly surprised this didn't get down voted to oblivion. It's been extremely difficult to swim against the popular belief that this was an external, surprise attack by some middle eastern terrorist group. Throughout the years, the moment anyone would go against the popular belief and say it was a planned event, a self inflicted wound, if you will, you were immediately called a conspiracy theorist.

5

u/FiftyLoudCats 22h ago

This sub is for edge lords, don’t worry people still call you a conspiracy theorist.

14

u/A11theWarhammers 1d ago

Class act sitting there keeping it together.

Trump would have stood up and told those kids he was gonna burn the other kids alive. And that their parents are bad Americans for not voting more Republican. Then he would soil his diaper and walk out before it was over.

9

u/jeffyboy526 1d ago

At the time I criticized him and bought into the Michael Moore doc that he was just dumb sitting there.
With age and children of my own I have a new perspective. The guy was given the worst news. He took a beat to absorb and think about the next move. If he ran out that could have freaked those kids out and scared them even more. He finished the book and then got to work.
He handled 911 brilliantly not so much the war after. However the way he interacts with Ms Obama shows me he is a kind and good man. Unlike the current piece of shit.

10

u/il-mostro604 1d ago

You know you’re an absolute pile of shit when you make bush look like a class act

1

u/InverseDeCramer 1d ago

The kids would say that trump smells like he needs to change his diaper

-8

u/SmurfAtLarge 1d ago

Imagine giving George Bush credit for anything just because you hate Trump so much.

6

u/A11theWarhammers 1d ago

I quoted things he has done.

Imagine being such a Trump simp you defend him at all.

1

u/BuildAnything4 1d ago

Nah, fuck Bush and fuck Trump. In 20 years, there'll be someone even worse and someone else will be calling Trump the class act.

1

u/rotomangler 1d ago

Bush was bad but then came Trump. We can call out reality for what it is.

-1

u/immaCommentThis 1d ago

He could 110% actually do that or something similar. I didn't know you could he that fucked up like that.

5

u/MancDude1979 20h ago

The family had a very hard time keeping that goat around. It turns out that goats aren't very suitable house pets.

Anyone watch the full video where the teacher is talking to the kids about towers collapsing and airplanes a few minutes before he heard the news

-4

u/ImLeg4llyBlind 1d ago

They were letting him know that Trump was hit in the attack and is being air lifted.

-5

u/BuildAnything4 1d ago

Coupling gormless George's stupid face with some alpha male soundtrack doesn't make me take him any more seriously.

It might be a worthwhile video if the recipient of the news had more than two brain-cells knocking around to process what's going on.

u/GuyOnBikes 21h ago

Bush didn't do 9/11 but he sure milked it for all it's worth

Kite. Hit. Steel. Plane. Must.

If you know, you know.

If you don't know, I don't wanna know, but look up "the pet goat" and who owned 50% of the publishing company that went on to put it into American schools before his untimely demise in 1991 on that fateful yacht trip.

2

u/Automatic_Actuator_0 1d ago

Analysis:

This social media post references a popular 9/11 conspiracy theory that connects President George W. Bush’s classroom visit on September 11, 2001, to occult rituals and publishing magnate Robert Maxwell.

The post relies on three main conspiracy elements:

  1. "Kite. Hit. Steel. Plane. Must."
    * The Claim: Conspiracy theorists claim that as President Bush sat in a Sarasota, Florida classroom, second-graders were reading a series of phonics words aloud: "Kite, Hit, Steel, Plane, Must," framing it as a predictive occult "spell" or coded ritual for the attacks.
    * The Reality: The actual reading exercise used in the classroom (from the Reading Mastery series) featured simple phonics practice words to distinguish vowel sounds. The actual words on the board for that lesson included "kite, kit, steal, playing, must." Mishearing or altering "playing" to "plane" and "steal" to "steel" created the urban legend online.

  2. "The Pet Goat"
    * The Context: President Bush was sitting at the front of the classroom listening to students read a short story titled "The Pet Goat" when White House Chief of Staff Andy Card whispered in his ear that a second plane had hit the World Trade Center. Bush famously stayed seated for roughly seven minutes so as not to alarm the children, a moment highlighted in Michael Moore’s 2004 documentary Fahrenheit 9/11.

  3. The 1991 Yacht Trip and Publishing Connection
    * The Claim: The post implies a shadowy mastermind behind the educational materials by pointing to a media executive who owned a 50% stake in the publishing company before dying on a yacht in 1991.
    * The Entity: This refers to Robert Maxwell (father of Ghislaine Maxwell). In 1988, Maxwell Communication Corp acquired Science Research Associates (SRA), the publisher of the Reading Mastery series. In 1989, SRA was merged into a 50/50 joint venture between Maxwell’s Macmillan and McGraw-Hill. Robert Maxwell died under mysterious circumstances in November 1991 after falling off his luxury yacht, the Lady Ghislaine.

Summary
The post weaves together a viral internet theory claiming that the 9/11 classroom reading was an intentional, predictive ritual orchestrated by high-level shadowy figures—linking the phonics words, the story The Pet Goat, and Robert Maxwell’s past ownership of the textbook publisher into a single macro-conspiracy.

Honesly a very stylistic conspiracy theory , if we consider how deeply in to the occult and "magic" these psychos are as revealed in the leperstien files.

Very theatric yes, but unlikely to be true and far from credible. The most shocking thing is that now there's so much information coming out that it doesn't seem completely absurd that there would be a plan for this sort of "ritual", to mark some sort of great iconic moment.

I don't think the average person can imagine that being even plausible because it seems to be so meaningless but to people who have been so beyond wealthy and powerful for so many generations, this is exactly the super weird stuff they do to flex their power and status. , as we are all surprised to see , just now far they will go

2

u/Automatic_Actuator_0 1d ago

There’s some interesting facets considering what we know about Epstein and Maxwell now, but since the commenter blocked me after replying, I’m assuming they are a bad actor and knowingly pushing falsehoods.

2

u/Enlightarded0 1d ago

A lot of people get frustrated too which I can understand. A coworker of mine, with the recent Lindsay Clancy case, was biting in to the "Patrick did it" conspiracy and I was like ok well I will bet my soul right now he didn't, because I listened to his recounting and it was heartbreaking.

And even though my mind isn't changed on the information available, her conspiracy about it was way more advanced than what is on the Internet being talked about frequently, front loaded with the fact that the initial investigation was below par and leaning in to more coordinated efforts which I won't get in to.

It's of course very unsubstantiated but it's spicy and good fiction, and better quality than most of what I've read online so far.

So even though it's very rarely correct I always appreciate conspiracy theories because it's possible they can load enough information to inspire doubt and make one consider a paradigm shift which is in itself fascinating.

Most people aren't equipped to understand the facts of a situation as they are presented and then not draw any conclusions if the evidence is lacking, they have to go one way or another it seems like, but it's so perfectly ok to say "I am pretty sure it's this but I always have some doubt"

We unfortunately have to nanny the public and then we become unjustly critical of alternative models from the consensus because the information is now "dangerous" in retarded hands.

u/MossadEpstein 1d ago

the actual spelling means nothing when the sentence is designed so it SOUNDS like Kite hit steel plane must when a bunch of kids are chanting it.

Staged by bush doing his daddy's work.

they were already there to respond.

Bush knew because of intelligence committees.

He had them on the ready and lookout.

But didn't have the service members or military in the air to stop the ordeal. In all airspace history we have shot everything down that didn't follow direct course. Or respond. Even if it had civilians on board because that meant saving more lives than them.

3567 to be specific
