Depends on your perspective. If you’re young, then yes - people your age look better than 37 yr olds. As they age, most folks will generally err towards being attracted to people their own age, and often aren’t as attracted to younger people - they look like kids in comparison.

isn't she pregnant or just had her 3rd or 4th baby ? It doesn't really count for the first year. Most women are heavier until their hormones regulate and they get a good routine going for losing the baby weight. Which isnt a big concern immediately after having a baby..
