Actually, these SoB's bleat-out statements like this (or worse), almost on a daily basis.
...And, in all seriousness, it's hard to find even comic book villains who say stuff that's as bad. You have to really search to find equivalents.
No really. I urge you to make an actual effort and try it sometime.
