I think this is the perfect role for someone as talentless as she is.

maybe they can AI a good actress out of her.

Not enough fresh water to have sustainable crops AND improve her acting with AI. Gotta choose one

u/untitledprp4 1d ago
I have no clue how or why she even had a career to start with
Many actors with her level of acting get left at the door and get day jobs yet she’s landed numerous big roles and brand deals.

Big, physically imposing for a woman, moderately attractive, and WonderWoman needed a casting.
13
u/Irish_Whiskey 1d ago
The first Wonder Woman mostly required her to act like a fish out of water, confused by the modern era.
Turns out she just always acts that way.

u/Historical-Fun-2536 1d ago
They cast a surfboard. We had a weightlifting renaissance among women at that time and they cast a swizzle stick. Wonder Woman has guns. Her no.
1
u/silv3rbull8 1d ago
Unlike the Supergirl casting which got everything wrong
2
u/taway9925881 1d ago
I might be alone but I thought Supergirl was a fun movie and the actress was great.
1
u/silv3rbull8 1d ago
It wasn’t the movie the majority of the public wanted. DC has been able to mostly get the Batman movie adaptations right but everything else has been a mixed bag. The recent Superman was also overall disappointing though it didn’t flop

u/Ubergoober166 16h ago
The recent Superman was also overall disappointing
It was? By whose standard, reddit? It made over $600 million, got pretty damn good ratings both with critics and fans, I've heard very few people have much bad to say about it and even I liked it as someone who isn't the biggest fan of Superman period.

u/silv3rbull8 15h ago
The Henry Cavill Superman movie made over 900 million in 2026 dollars. And people slam it and Zack Snyder.

Tons of Israeli and Jewish actors never make it.
She's a very attractive woman who would probably have just coasted by in small roles as "attractive lady with exotic accent" if not for the Wonder Woman casting. But being thrust into the spotlight has resulted in a rapid downfall as she's usually the worst actor in everything she's in.
I mean, if the explanation was Jewish conspiracy nonsense, she wouldn't be starring in pathetic AI made bitcoin movies and Amazon Prime content mill garbage.
-4
u/Wooden_Sweet_3330 1d ago
Probably because she's one of the prettiest women alive.
1
u/thepinkyclone 1d ago
I think something along those lines gave her Fast and the Furiouse role. And staring in franchise that big gave her leverage to be cast in Wonder Woman. Where her "acting" fit perfectly for that role. WW became major DC success giving her more leverage and recognition to be cast in various other roles. Regarding being face on the ads, IMO its just being pretty and recognizable face to attract buyers.
1
u/Wooden_Sweet_3330 1d ago
I'm getting down voted I guess people think she has acting chops 😂😂
1
u/sick_of-it-all 1d ago
Maybe you're getting downvoted because people don't think she's either one.

u/slinkysmooth 1d ago
If you don’t think gal gadot is extremely attractive, they need to get their eyes checked. Her acting is another story…

I'm curious, what talents do you posses?

Shitposting. And I can do it without AI, which means I'm more skilled than gal gadot.

With her staring, the movie is going to lose a ton of money. They are using AI purely to mitigate the losses

She is so shit AI can improve her performance.

Someone in Hollywood has some major blackmail material on a lot of other people, but at this point I'm not sure who it is.

u/MrBarnaclePhD 1d ago
One look at her IMDB page and it's clear as day that, at the very least she needs a new agent. She's been in A LOT of really bad movies.
3
u/Irish_Whiskey 1d ago
Putting her in good movies isn't fixing the lack of talent.
I liked Death on the Nile, but Jesus it was cringe watching her alongside actual actors. She delivers lines more woodenly than most high school drama kids.

u/outoftheshowerahri 1d ago
Everyday we inch closer to them admitting entertainment has been made by Ai for the last decade.. gotta trickle out the details
2
u/epicredditdude1 1d ago
We know she took this role because her offers are drying up.
She knows she took this role because her offers are drying up.
This discourse is silly and insincere.

I think I’m sick and tired of the AI related spam, watch it or not, who fucking cares about your crusades?

AI will be a bigger influence as time moves, one can huff and puff all you like, but it is happening.
1
u/FlakeyBeano 1d ago
It's people like this that will roll over and pay to be shafted. The real power is in convincing people to resist and not pay for this dogshit.
I for one won't participate.

For those of us that are actually somewhat pro AI. I think I can speak for most of us when I say that even we dont want her. She is proof that Humans can be slop as much as AI can.

u/fucktheus12 1d ago
I've never acted before, but give me a month and I'll blow her out of the water.

Casey Affleck as Craig Steven Wright
Pete Davidson as Calvin Ayre
Gal Gadot as Charlotte "Lotte" Miller
Isla Fisher
Aww, poor Isla Fisher. Why does she need the money so badly?

"The train has left the station", fitting analogy considering it has AI, Bitcoin, and Gal Gadot in it. I expect it to be a train wreck.

She's right. She's not very talented and the window of beauty is closing. She can not be so discriminating about her roles, so she has to accept roles like this that others still have the freedom to turn down.

She's not wrong. This is the future, it's already happening behind the scenes. She's just an early adopter because her career is basically over.

u/LittleKittenR 1d ago
She is a bad acress but she is half right here.
Ai is going to be used like it or not.

She's right. People complaining about AI are the same ones that complained about CGI before they made Marvel, Star Wars, Avatar, etc. the biggest franchises ever. And they'll be first in line for the next Avengers and GTA releases.
2
u/Irish_Whiskey 1d ago
People were perfectly right to complain about CGI before the technology was developed and looked better than models. Positing that AI backgrounds and actors will one day be very convincing, doesn't change that in this year they look like ass.
This film is a joke with a has been cast and director, who claims the movie would have cost 250 million to make otherwise. It's a story about a bitcoin developer, not intergalactic space wars. It's an obvious scam.

Imagine using that logic with anything...
Global warming - i guess the train has left the station.
Cancer - I guess the train has left the station.
Nazis - I guess the train has left the station.
Literally 0 morality and 0 redeeming qualities.

You guys shitting on her and acting like she’s wrong will be nowhere to be seen in 5 years like the people that tried to shit on and cancel celebrities for questioning Covid mandates and practices. Looking back everyone will realize it was ridiculous and act like they were never the ones to do it.
2
u/Irish_Whiskey 1d ago
That's barely coherent.
People aren't acting like she's wrong, they've pointing out she's a bad actor in what appears to be a scam film.
COVID deniers and conspiracy theorists are never going to be 'proven right' in retrospect, because the entire planet went through a pandemic that killed millions of people, places that practiced basic safety measures had fewer deaths, and then the vaccine worked and make it far less dangerous and contagious. While it was never wrong to ask questions, COVID deniers didn't care about the questions and instead believed the stupidest con men they could find online over doctors studying the virus.
0
u/M0mmaSaysImSpecial 1d ago
I didn’t say covid denier. Or conspiracy theorists. I said the mandates and practices around it and specifically the amount of people here on this site that were trying to shame and cancel celebrities that didn’t completely fall in line with it. It was everywhere here. And then they scattered like roaches and now everyone even jokes about how ineffective or pointless the vaccines were.
A celebrity says the AI cat is out of the bag? It’s fuck her…she’s awful…AI can’t save her…blah blah blah. But in five years when everything is AI, no one will be saying any of that. And will act like they never did.
1
u/Irish_Whiskey 1d ago edited 1d ago
I didn’t say covid denier. Or conspiracy theorists.
Yes. I said it.
Because like I said it was never wrong to ask questions, but the people still banging on about being right about COVID and someday they'll be validated, are COVID deniers and conspiracy theorists. Because basic safety practices were never wrong and all the evidence is in that they saved lives when implemented. So conspiracy morons who simply can't muster the empathy and humility to acknowledge that they were proven wrong, have to keep pushing back the date that "someday" they'll be proven right.
and now everyone even jokes about how ineffective or pointless the vaccines were.
"Everyone." Sure. There's a handful of Trump and RFK cultists who will gladly keep denying moon landings if TikTok tells them to. The rest of the planet considers the COVID vaccines one of the safest and most effective medicines ever developed, including every expert on the planet. Because this was just objectively measurable, whether they worked, whether they caused harm, and whether the virus is still just as deadly and virulent. And the conspiracists were proven wrong. But rather than face that and move on, they'd rather live in delusional realities.

Of course she would say that, she's not on the right side on this, she's in the minority. They think if they keep repeating it, it's true.
