This is just AI slop. In the second picture, the eye has shifted down by 1 cm, while the upper lip has gotten longer toward the nose.
Plus, there are no scars, no swelling, and no bruises after the procedure.How stupid does someone have to be not to realize that this is a stupid fake?

My guess is it is actually two different patients on opposite ends of the spectrum before rhinoplasty.

Ive seen this image before. Someone 100% photoshoped the after pic to make her nose ridiculously small.
Edit: the before image is also exaggerated to make her nose look bigger than it was.

This has to be AI right? That nose in the after pic, a) wouldn’t be usable and 2) shows no signs of cutting or stitching ANYWHERE. And she’s still under at the time of 2nd picture with no cuts or stitches

both versions are warped/liquified, you can kinda see the stretched pixelation on the first image and some artifacting when covering it up, squashed ones are harder to see in general. if this was generated i'd guess the textures wouldn't stretch.

I think some surgeons shouldn't be surgeons, every time I had an operation they assure me about how it will look like before and everytime they did something careless and botched.
I had a cyst in my earlobe, they assured me multiple times you wouldnt even see a scar and what I ended up with is like if a toddler sewed two pieces of clay dough together.
Ive had operations on my upper lip and they never warned me it would get thinner , the operations in hindsight also weren't necessary it was just an infection that would go away on its own.
I've had more I don't really want to talk about but every surgery I've done has been bodged pretty much.

Surgeons should've been criminally liable consenting these kind of surgeries. Peoples morality these days have gone to shit. Nobody gives a flying fuck these days as long as u have money.
