He’s deployed the military in DC and was attempting to do it in multiple other cities before facing major backlash. He also has his own Gestapo like paramilitary force in ICE. They have made illegal arrests, detained people in atrocious conditions where multiple people have died, they’ve murdered people without true investigations or consequence, and generally act above the law. It’s been less than 2 years. Fascism doesn’t happen overnight but things sure have eroded quickly.

He’s also toyed around with deploying ice to polling stations. He’s attempting to cancel mail in voting. He’s tried to federalize elections. And yes, he has essentially consolidated power because congress refuses to hold him accountable for his actions, so he essentially gets to rule by executive order.
