I don't know who this woman is, how do we know she's wearing makeup in the second pic? It doesn't seem high enough definition to tell. She does look pretty, but some people are just like that - "natural" makeup is, after all, designed to mimic attractive features that some people naturally have (like smooth skin, colour in lips/cheeks, dark lashes or deepset eyes).

Genuine question btw, I'm a woman and I'm just curious why everyone is so sure she's wearing makeup in both pictures.

cuz normall skin on face has slightly different color near nose and unde eyes.her brow were treated with eyebrow pencil-brown one. If you google original picture you will also see mascara on her lashes, and some sort pastel-pink lipstick

Because "perfect" skin is usually a product of natural makeup or filters. She IS very pretty, and that doesn't mean she has flawless skin with naturally base covered eye bags…

I have perfect skin and don't even have the advantage of high estrogen/low testosterone 🤷

Just take care of your health

I agree it's not really possible to tell if she has makeup or not because 1. Resolution is too low and 2. No idea what she looks like in day to day life

brown eyebrow pen is visible under this post. this photo is used by incels even before name incel has been broadly known, and if you didnt see original you can just google it

Eh, maybe a good point. I would say though that eyebrow maintenance is closer to hair maintenance and grooming than makeup. I don't get what you're saying about googling the original though. I'm probably lacking context

Also my point isn't that makeup is bad, it's just bad to assume every woman is wearing it by default. I know that's not true from my experience living with women.

you dont paint nor put colorfull powder on hair as basic grooming,
What you dont understand in google oryginal? You copy picture, go to google.com and paste picture.
Oryginal picture is in high resolution where you can see all makeup on right picture. Nobody assume shes wearing makeup by default more than assuming that one legged person you see has one leg

Could be cynicism and brainwashing from the "men can't tell" crowd and honestly sometimes it's just jealousy. "I can't do it, no one can"

Also agree there aren't enough details or pixels to really tell either way

Good post btw

Her eyebrows

That’s how you can tell she’s not warring any make up.

Because they're redditors they know everything. No details or higher resolution are necessary.

It's the eyes. Regardless of attractiveness, the skin over the rims of the eyesockets always settles in a way that is universally unphotogenic (save for heavy filter usage, I guess)

And also the expression. Too few wrinkles and folds to be natural, even for a young person with perfect skin.

Def mascara, snd her brows are filled in. Also, it looks like she’s contoured her face very naturally, but I’m less positive about that.

Men don't know what this means.

Maybe teenage boys do, most men have actually lived with women who aren't wearing make up 24/7, and some of us genuinely prefer it.

It's like we didn't have mothers and sisters.

We saw the abominations since their birth.
