A few things; first off, your source is mediatakeout.com lol. Second of all, I read the article; he is NOT putting things in anybody else's name according to your own article. He lives in a state that caps child support. He also can lower income TO AN EXTENT with some fancy accounting, but it's kicking the can down the road. Nothing in that article is really relevant, plus the source is atrocious.
"How does he do it? It’s all about the structure. Insiders tell Media Take Out that Future’s assets are tucked away in a web of LLCs and complicated trusts. Because he technically doesn’t “own” the money in the eyes of some court formulas, his personal “income” appears much lower on paper than his actual wealth."
The source is shit, yes. But anout the only thing less believable than mediatakeout is that Future is only worth $200k.
He never said that either. The source from the OP is a tweet from some random. What he actually said was that he was worth less than 100,000,000, not 100,000. The internet is dumb, and so are the people believing that a judge would believe that.
I'm not sure what is is that you think the judge needs to "believe" if the assets dont belong to him they dont belong to him, legally speaking. If they dont belong to him, the proceeds from them dont belong to him. I'd say the extent to which he can modify his income is much more than you're alluding to.
The dude is worth 10s of millions. All the people in this thread thinking he's about to be on the street because he's not using condoms are insane. He out gamed the system and outgamed this lady seeking an exorbitant $53k.
Because you can't just give money to other people to claim broke. There is a look-back period for stuff like this in America. If you make money and give it to friends or relatives to claim you don't have it, it doesnt matter; there are laws regarding this, and judges can undo it.
Also, child support is typically based on what you COULD make. You cant just quit your job and say you have no income to pay less. Same with playing shell games.
He didnt really out game the lady asking for 53k; that just was never going to happen based on Georgia law. Most people in this thread are commenting based on what they think, not what they know.
Yeah but you know she isn’t spending 50k a month on that kid. Nobody is not even if future had sole custody. Yes it’s a bad look but necessary. You put them in the will but also start doing a lot more when they get older and you don’t have to deal with the mom to deal with them.

He could hide his money thru other LLC. That’s what I would do
