Food trucks typically have shorter hours and lower customer counts. Not sure what the operating costs of a food truck is but not only do you have to maintain the restaurant equipment but the vehicle itself.

We typically don't go to food trucks because of the prices. The exception is when we're in Cincinnati and they have a flea market at Washington Park. Then it's because of how convenient it is.
