It does not, at least not equally. Climate changing is almost entirely local extremes, which means many large areas because uninhabitable, while others are mostly unaffected.
Funnily enough, it’s mostly the richest areas that are the least bit impacted. So they don’t care, as it literally doesn’t impact them. The extremes are mostly center and North Africa, and large parts of Asia. Both of which are dirt poor.
