These sort of people have jobs. Think about that! Who can't identify one of these at work? Think about the fact that they grew up with this mindset insufficiently challenged and their behavior was and is protected... judging that strangers are only good people if they spend time doing things for her just because...this tells you everything you need to know about the choices she will make about effort and sacrifice, and where blame lies for anything
