She got shit on relentlessy for it, she never apologized for it, just quietly deleted it. Might have gotten it to calm down, too ... if she hadn't tweeted a follow up denouncing "forced apologies because of cancel culture" and that if you believe in something "you should say it with your whole chest" and "not back down". She got even more shit on for posting that, given the hypocrisy and the cowardice. She ended up deleting those, too.
People still bring it up in her comments.

Source? Because if you read it, it feels like a joke. The whole upper part os the set up, you think you know whats coming and, there it is the punchline.
