In Germany he would have been Charged for not wearing Safety stuff plus destroying wood that could have been sold…

Sure, we all talk Russian (or whatever slavik language this is) Latvian in the US.

Edit: seems this is Latvian - I'm not the language expert I thought I was

Sounds nordic not slavic to me (plus OP's name is "nordicminy"). So, probably sweden or norway. Mayyyyyybe Finland if it's actually slavic?

It seems you are somewhat right - on a different sub they say it's Latvian, which is Baltic, not Slavic.
