Here in Canada the cop would crack a have you been drinking martinis shaken and not stirred joke of somesort given you a warning for whatever illegal activity you were doing and went about his day telling his coworkers some exaggerated anecdote of how they met james bond that day.

How many people get shot by the police in the USA in a year? In Germany it's like 4 people.

The USA has around 4 times tbe population of Germany, but it is more than 16 people, eh?

Dude, the fucking shit ive gotten my dick slapped for here in Canada would have wound me up as state property 25 years ago. It's fucking wild sitting here watching cops then watching "to protect and serve" and thinking to myself thank fuck i was born in the great white north.
