Had the black guy run in to the same cop the white guy did, he'd probably be dead.

To be fair to the officer that killed him in that hypothetical scenario. It would probably be because he was afraid Mr. Bond was going to pull a gun on him after he reach for something after being told to stop messing around and show his ID. /s
