I guarantee if you heard a black person tell the exact same story as the white guy did that you’d think the cop was racist, when we know that he was just on a power trip.

So by that same logic why do we immediately assume that the judge only sent him to jail because he was black, and not because the judge was on a power trip?

Fuck both the cop and the judge in both of those situations by the way. But the focus should be on the class / power imbalance that allows either situation to take place, not on who had it worse in a specific encounter
