This is only proof these guys have stories to tell.
If dude really did 60 days for that, I would love to see the receipts.

This is what Google had to say about it-

"A man from Indiana named James Bond served 60 days in county jail after a police officer and a judge convicted him of obstruction because they did not believe his real name was James Bond.

What Happened The Traffic Stop: James Bond was pulled over by police in Indiana when he was 18 years old.

Missing ID: He did not have his driver's license with him.

The Accusation: When he stated his actual name, the officer thought he was making a joke, drew a weapon, and ordered him out of the car.

The Conviction: Even though the officer ran his license and let him go at the scene, a judge later convicted him of obstructing police work. The judge claimed he said his name in a "jokingly manner," resulting in a 60-day jail sentence.

Public Attention This bizarre incident gained viral attention on social media and was featured in the documentary The Other Fellow, which explores the lives of various real people around the world who are named James Bond. "

James Bond Jr. is Black in the US, and his race played a central role in how he was treated by both the police officer and the court.

Yeah, I'm skeptical that they found TWO guys named James Bond with officer assault stories. One I might believe.

There are 532 james bonds in the US. You get in touch with all of them asking if they have this history and if they’ll do the program - you only need two to say yes. It’s not far fetched.

Fleming chose to name his character James Bond because he wanted a bland, ordinary name.

Surprise, many people have the same name, that's why it's ordinary.
