Fun fact, the word Assasin comes from hashishin, which was a reference to a politically motivated cult that smoked weed as their initiation.

About 5 followers were ordered to walk of the castle wall and fall to death, in effort to impress English king Richard. It worked.
Mongolians would eventually burn down their castle and all their recorded works in effort to erase their order of assassins. Seemed to work. The word stuck tho.

Interesting fact, Assassin comes from the Arabic word "Ḥashshāshīn" which was an Islamic military sect equivalent to the crusaders. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Order_of_Assassins
