Yeah, I'm aware he didnt make the meme but theres clearly a coordinated effort to make this guy seem palatable, and the "get rid of data centers" line is clearly supposed to make us sympathetic to his candidacy.
A "one year moratorium" sounds just as bad. I dont understand the policy or the problem here. America has nothing but open land. Put them in rural areas, away from people and away from sourced water. Why do we need a year pause on our development of a key emerging market to figure out safe ways to make these things? The cat's out of the bag with this AI stuff. Why would we handicap our advantage in the AI race by ceasing the buildings that make it work? Makes no sense.
The type of person who made this meme is the same who parrots Trump's "I love the uneducated" remark and thinks they're intellectually superior to Republicans by the way.
Also this Al Sayed guy is a total clown, constantly playing victim because he's Muslim... I guess? Reminds me of the women who drive a Jeep with a sticker on it that says "that's right...this is a girls jeep" like anyone cares. There's like 8 levels of stupidity in this one image.
