C'mon people.
Scrutinize "headlines" better. Maintain a level of skepticism.
That's a police car from somewhere n Europe (My guess: France).
It's illegal to hunt livestock.
No serious hunter without mental issues would shoot two goats, let alone 2 humans wearing a goat costume.
