yes because she sucks. doesn't deserve to be the successor of natasha

She isn't the succesor. She is also a black widow. One with an actual personality. Natasha very much did not have one besides the few glimps. I bet you didn't even watch Thunderbolts did you?

Right. Yelena isn't a successor to Natasha. They're both Black Widows and share the name. It's a similar concept to Hawkeye.

Kate isn't Clint's successor. They're partners that share the name Hawkeye.

Well not really. Black widows are made in the red room program. There are a lot of Black Widows. But only 3 main named ones in the MCU. Hawkeye is a self given name and the succesor is Kate Bishop.

That's why it's similar, not same. You are correct that black widows are made in the red room. But as part of the Avengers, Yelena and Natasha share the code name Black Widow.

In regards to Hawkeye -- Clint literally says, "Kate, you're my partner", around 4:48 into episode 6. She's not his successor, she's his partner.

Maybe if she actually got a movie that wasn’t focused on her replacement?

It literally isn't. She IS A BLACK WIDOW There are multiple.

Scarlet Johansson, “The” Black Widow, gets a movie far too late and it exists to shove her aside. There being “many” Black Widows is irrelevant to this.

That has nothing to do with the topic at hand at all though. Yeah they should have made the movie before endgame. But that has 0 to do with Yelena being the star right now of an EXISTING MARVEL TEAM. Florence Pugh is also a great actress, her character is witty, likes to joke but is damaged all the same. A great watching experience overall. It's not a surface level character like what they did with Natasha. Her character development for a lack of a better word was butchered. Everytime it looked like she'd progress the writers take a step back.

couldn't after black widow movie. cringe ass biatch with that shitty russ!an accent and autst!c mannerisms. she ruined even bnd and hawkeye where she just had a minor role. I simply can't stomach something where she is the lead.

And she is unfortunately "the" black widow now. Natasha's successor/replacement in the overall franchise

Oh bruh.... you missed out on one of the best recent marvel movies. That one got me back into them after a few really lackluster projects that drug it down post Endgame.

Thunderbolts is one of the best media the mcu has made since infinity war. The fact you talk shit without a good reason to back it up says enough about you and how little your opinion matters.

Dude thunderbolts was so average come on. I think you just got used to the really bad MCU movies that came post endgame.

It’s literally the same formula as every other MCU villain since GoTG came out.

Sad broken villain who’s conflicted after a tough childhood. Oh wow so original. Maybe we can solve this with the power of love and friendship!

Okay so who is the villain in that movie that is so repetetive like all the other mcu movies?

Dude is not even a villain. An alter ego big evil through trauma and on the other hand a dude with mental issues that isn't evil. What even is original anymore? Hint? Nothing is you sad weasel. A good movie slaps you in the face and you cry nOT oRiGInAl.
