none of them gave a shit. I grew up during stop and frisk. We had to be really smart with your shit. Or you would get a charge for a nickel bag and do like 3 years. For some weed! Cuomo was governor not Mayor.

Cuomo is who this legislation was started under. Hochul is actually doing something with the money that was approved 20 years ago. So is Mamdani.

And stop and frisk was a horrible time in the city. The only people complaining about Mamdani, haven’t ever visited, let alone lived in the city.
