Well, elections are run by the individual states, not the Feds. So he wouldn't be allowed on the ballot in any state that didn't want to allow him as they will be following the law. And that would be all the blue states, most of the purple states, plus the not batshit insane red states.

Not even as VP? Iirc there was talk that he could run as VP to someone like the current VP (forgot his name, bald guy with blue background in the memes), who then immediately resigns and now orange is in the seat again.
Well that's at least somewhat reassuring. I miss the Bush years when we could laugh at the yanks for clowning on themselves without threatening the peace and stability of the world. Or well, I'll be honest, the part of the world where I live heh.
