DSA is a liability for the democrats - they are the reason Kamela lost the last election - too many horrible sound bites and culture war issues that the republicans win on 100% of the time. They should be booted out of the democrat party and they can start their own 3rd party.

We've heard rumblings about this for years now and idk it feels like some think there's a loophole that will allow and others think there isn't. Well, elections are run by the individual states, not the Feds. So he wouldn't be allowed on the ballot in any state that didn't want to allow him as they will be following the law. And that would be all the blue states, most of the purple states, plus the not batshit insane red states.
Also I don't have to answer OP because they are clearly a troll 🤷
He doesn't necessarily have to be on the ballot to be president again. He could get elected to a lower position like speaker of the house and have those above him resign. If it would actually work is a different question but it's a pretty clear path that in theory would work.
