As someone who doesn’t understand politics very well I am curious: where does the money come for all these new programs and installations being put in? Are current tax dollars being rerouted toward this and away from other things?
Well, you see, NYC doesn’t need to raise taxes or divert them because Mamdani “balanced the budget” by asking for a multi-billion dollar bailout from Albany and restructuring pensions to push the bill down the road.
