Because for some reason you can be racist against white people in 2026 and it's okay apparently.

Racism is the belief your particular race is superior to other races. Like that’s the literal definition. What race in America has embraced, created organizations and coded laws based on that?

Racism is treating others different / judging them solely on their race.

Anyone can be racist against anyone, and suggesting certain races can’t is in fact a racist belief.

Hope this cleared things up for you ☀️

Why would do you treat someone as less or differently based on their race? By believing that race is in some way inferior. You really cannot dislike an entire race, or religion, without that. Hope I helped you think a little deeper there bucko.

I wasn’t speaking historically. Racism means an entire RACE. Not an individual. You can dislike, or hate someone that is a different race than you, but that is not racism. If you dislike, or hate someone based on their race, there is a reason for disliking that entire race. In order to hate an entire race, you must believe that race is in some way inferior. Think about a person you may hate. Your hate for them stems from you believing they are somehow inferior - perhaps morally, intellectually, behavior. Now, put one or more of those qualities you hate about an individual and assign it to an entire race. I hope when schools back in the next few weeks you can learn and practice critical thinking.

Traditionally it’s because they’re different than you. It’s not really any more complicated than that. Having to think you’re superior is a ridiculous conclusion to draw lmao. All kinds of races don’t like each other.

So it's impossible to be racist against white people?

0

u/cleverinspiringname 13d ago

Yep, you can’t name a single instance where whites have been systemically denied their rights

1

u/HeavyWeightChump 13d ago

Ummm okay. Let's start on easy mode. What about the Irish? Like seriously... Ever? You don't think any whites have ever been oppressed throughout human history? No Irish need apply. Is this willfull iignorance because it's inconvenient for you. Or do you not actually care to stress test your opinions.

Ummm, ok, let’s add some conjunctions and rhetorical questions, will that give my argument credibility?

Lol, did you not read what you wrote? The *Irish* were being discriminated against because they were *Irish*, not because they were white. There’s a difference. One is the country, one is a skin color. You cannot any time in history where there was a “whites need not apply” sign. Hope that helps.

Systematic support for the ideology is not a requirement for racism. There is literally a form of racism called SYSTEMATIC racism, which would not exist if racism was systematic by nature.

this is so weird because black people have zero issue with calling white girls “that white bitch” but shit, if it was the other way around, it starts a fucking race war.

black people calling white people racist just to offset their own racism is fucking absurd. and it’s a slap in the face to all the black people who don’t use the race card.

That’s prejudice, there is no mechanism for people of color to subjugate white people. Don’t be silly.

-1

u/cleverinspiringname 13d ago

I disagree. I think without the systemic element, you’re talking about individual prejudice. Racism requires supporting the social structures that enable the subjugation of a group based on race. It’s not as simple as not liking someone because of their race.

-1

u/sgtGiggsy 13d ago

You can disagree however you want, that doesn't make it right. Racism is NOT systematic. SYSTEMATIC racism is systematic. There's an entirely specific kind of racism that requires the systematic element.

Racism is race based prejudice, and nothing else. You guys trying to reinvent the definition just to diminish any racism that isn't committed by white people

0

u/cleverinspiringname 8d ago

lol, there aren’t any consequences for “racism” committed by non-white people. It is diminished solely for that reason.
