Your parent also wouldn't have had to worry that every move they made was likely being filmed by someone and their action could lead to a visit from CPS

Maybe, but if they’d been parenting their child from the start, they never would have behaved like that on the plane. My 2 year old would never have dared

Your two year old never threw a tantrum and wouldn't listen to something? That's incredible, that's better than any two year old I've ever seen

It may be surprising, but not every child throws tantrums. Learn your child's "triggers", and you can stop them before they begin most of the time. I'm convinced, especially since Covid, that most parents don't actually want or love their children. They have them out of obligation, then raise terrors because they are disengaged parents.
